All Assam Students Union moves SEBA for early special exam

GUWAHATI: The AASU (All Assam Students Union) has urged the SEBA (Board of Secondary Education Assam) to conduct the slated special examination for HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) and AHM (Assam High Madrassa) as early as possible following all COVID-19 protocols.

Taking to The Sentinel on Thursday, AASU president Dipanko Kumar Nath said, "Altogether 22,809 candidates have already applied for the examination. According to the SEBA authority, most of these students were unsuccessful in the recently declared results of the 2021 academic session.

"The SEBA should hold the examination and also declare the results at the earliest keeping in mind the next academic session where the successful candidates wiil have to seek admission in the next higher course.
