Army Hospital celebrates Ayurveda Day in Guwahati
On the occasion of the 7th Ayurveda Day, 151 Base Hospital organized various activities for serving personnel, their dependants, veterans and their families.
GUWAHATI: On the occasion of the 7th Ayurveda Day, 151 Base Hospital organized various activities for serving personnel, their dependants, veterans and their families.
On October 11, a lecture on Ayurveda for holistic health, Ayurveda ahaar and Ayurveda for millenials was conducted at Basistha by Satywan Nara, GDMO Ayurveda. The crowd participated actively and sought clarifications on many issues relevant in their lives, stated a press release.
On October 15, an Ayurveda medical camp was organized in 151 Base Hospital in which a large number of people benefitted. On October 18, a lecture on Ayurveda Ahaar followed by medical camp was organized at Narengi for the soldiers and their families, followed by another event for senior citizens and veterans on October 21 at Narengi. To conclude the events, plantation of medicinal Ayurveda plants was done at Base Hospital premises on October 23, followed by a group interaction on the Ayurveda way of life.
