With the resumption of the Assam Assembly Budget Session from Wednesday

GUWAHATI: With the resumption of the Assam Assembly Budget Session from Wednesday, the Assam Budget 2020-21 will be passed in the House on August 6. Already, State Finance Minister Ajanta Neog presented the budget in the House on July 16. The budget session will end on August 13. It is to be noted that, the House will take a break of 30 minutes at 11 am on Wednesday to support pugilist Lovlina Borgohain in her semi-final bout at the Tokyo Olympics 2021.
Meanwhile, all arrangements have been made for the MLAs to watch Lovlina's match on the premises of the Assembly.
