GUWAHATI: State BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) president Ranjeet Kumar Dass has welcomed the Union Budget 2021-22.
Dass gave his confidence that The budget will act as a foundation to build an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
"The Union Finance Minister has announced an allocation of Rs 34,000 crore for the National Highway projects in Assam. Similarly, for the development of the tea community, Rs1,000 crore has been announced. It is a major initiative for the development of Assam," said Dass.
