Assam Down Town University (ADTU), North East Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (NECHRI)sign MoU

GUWAHATI: Assam Down Town University (ADTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with North East Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (NECHRI) in an auspicious function held at the Board Room, AdtU on November 21. AdtU Chancellor Dr NN Dutta and Dr MN Baruah, Managing Director, NECHRI inked the MoU. The signing ceremony was started with a warm welcome address by Dr NN Dutta who also presented an overview of the academic and research activities undertaken at AdtU. He also urged the researchers of both the institutions to develop solutions in medical research that can benefit humanity. The agreement will be in effect for three years. In accordance with the MoU, both the institutions agreed to enhance the collaborative agreement through cooperation between NECHRI and AdtU and for establishing collaborative relations between the two institutions in knowledge transfer and research.
