Assam Future Chef 2019 to be Held Across Assam

GUWAHATI: With the aim to promote skill-based learning and generate enthusiasm amongst the youngsters about culinary profession Assam Future Chef 2019 is going to be held amongst the students across Assam, Shillong, Jowai, Tura and Nagaland. The competition will be organized by the IAM Institute of Hotel Management, Guwahati. The competition has three stages in total, the preliminary round will select the students from the respective participating school campus, 20 students will be selected from the semi-finals round and the 20 students will have to challenge each other for the title of Assam Future Chef 2019. Centre Head IAM Institute of Hotel Management said, “Cooking is art and this is our responsibility to create a supportive environment for every aspiring culinary professional.”
