Assam Pradesh Congress Committee appoints new GS, secretaries and spokespersons

GUWAHATI: APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) president Ripun Bora has newly appointed general secretaries (GS), secretaries and spokespersons for the party on Friday.

The new general secretaries for the party are – Rupesh Gowala, former MLAs Raju Sahu and Dwipen Pathak.

Ajay Phukan, Babu Baruah, and Nekib have been appointed as secretaries. It is to be noted that Ajay Phukan will also handle the roles of spokesperson and Media Panelist of the party.

Manoranjan Konwar has also been appointed as the spokesperson (Upper Assam), and Girindra Kalita will join as a Media Panelist along with Phukan.
