Assam Pradesh Congress Committee to lodge stir against price rise

GUWAHATI: A Statewide protest against fuel price hike and essential commodities was organised by the APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) under the aegis of the Guwahati City District Committee at the guwahati club rotary point on thursday.

The protest was organised in all the districts by the various district congress committees. A pamphlet of the public appeal by APCC president Bhupen Kumar Borah and ACLP leader Debabrata Saikia was also distributed among the public. The pamphlet focussed on five alleged major failures of the BJP government. The APCC has also appealed to the public of Assam to be the voice of the people
