Assam State NSUI introduces online Digital English Classes

GUWAHATI: The Assam State NSUI has introduced online "Digital English Classes" focusing on spoken, grammar, proficiency, how to write accurately and phonetics among the students of colleges and universities of Assam.

The classes have started since May 16 and will continue till June 21, in 18 sessions. The classes are being overseen by volunteered faculty members and students. The students have associated themselves with the programme in large numbers and have appreciated the differentiating teaching style used in the programme, stated a release issued by the NSUI.

"Unlike using video conferencing mediums like Zoom etc., the classes have study materials which are shared to the students through social media mediums so that each can learn at their own pace and liking," the release added.
