Assam's Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi unveils 'You and I' calendar

GUWAHATI: Assam's Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi, along with First Lady of the State Prem Mukhi, released a calendar for 2023 themed 'You and I' at Raj Bhavan on Monday.

The concept and design of the calendar have been made by former Commissioner and Secretary of the Governor Sanjib Gohain Boruah. The photographs of the calendar were also taken by Gohain Boruah. The calendar is a collection of photographs of 12 pairs of birds found in different parts of Assam.

Some of the pictures of the birds are also from the Raj Bhavan, stated an official communiqué.

The brief programme was attended by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Governor, SS Meenakshi Sundaram, and officers of Raj Bhavan.
