Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: Play on Assam's contribution to freedom movement today
As part of the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a play named ‘Torile Desh, Morile Swarga’ will be staged at the Rabindra Bhawan here at 5.30 pm on January 11, stated a press release.
GUWAHATI: As part of the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a play named 'Torile Desh, Morile Swarga' will be staged at the Rabindra Bhawan here at 5.30 pm on January 11, stated a press release.
The play is being organised by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam.
The play will cherish the spirit of Assam's freedom fighters who participated in India's freedom struggle against the British colonial rule and pay homage to their supreme sacrifice.
The play will be directed by Anupjyoti Choudhury.
