BJP District Presidential Election on December 15

GUWAHATI: The State BJP is halfway through the organizational elections, which was asked to be wrapped up before December 15 this year. Polls in 28,900 booths and 398 mandal committees have already been completed. State BJP has 39 districts whose committees will be formed from November 15 and each district will have a new president. Meanwhile, a new rule has been fashioned where president of mandal and district level will not be able to contest in any other polls. On December 15, the State committee will be formed and the State BJP will have a new president.
