Body of deaf seeks justice

GUWAHATI, June 15: The Assam Association of the Deaf demonstrated a protest rally from Dighalipukhuripar to the Directorate of Social Welfare Office, Uzanbazar on Friday reiterating their demand for justice to the late Luna Kalita’s mysterious death. During the protest, the Association also demanded to stop growing incidents of murder and violence, harassment against women and increased consumption of alcohol.
