Book on short stories released in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Seven year old Aayan Shandilya, a class II student from Don Bosco School , Guwahati, has authored a book of short stories titled Once Upon A Time. It is a collection of ten short stories based on his real life experiences and anecdotes.

The book was released recently in Guwahati by Father Sebastian Mathew, principal of Don Bosco School and Father Pau Liang Mung Joseph, Vice Principal of Don Bosco School, Guwahati.

The book has a preface by renowned columnist, translator and author Mitra Phukan. The book has launched the young author as one of the youngest writer in India making the region proud. He is the son of Asim Pandey and Rituparna Goswami Pande of Guwahati, stated a press release.
