Cattle seized by East Guwahati Police District

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Khetri Police Station intercepted a Bolero pick-up vehicle and seized six cattle on the Assam-Meghalaya border on Wednesday night.

According to police sources, the vehicle was en route to Umsiang in Meghalaya. Police has also seized the vehicle involved in the cattle smuggling.
