CBSE 12th Results: 83.37% pass Class 12th under CBSE from NE

GUWAHATI: As high as 83.37 per cent students from the eight States of the Northeast, including Sikkim, passed the XII final examinations, 2020 conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).

According to the results announced on Monday by the CBSE, 43,277 students – 22,014 boys and 21,263 girls – took the Class XII final examination from the Northeast. The results show that girls outperformed boys by registering a pass percentage of 85.55 against 80.90 by boys. The region has 527 schools under the CBSE with 318 examination centres.
