CM felicitates HSLC topper

GUWAHATI, May 28: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today felicitated Raktim Bhuyan who topped the Assam HSLC Examination 2018, at his office chamber in Janata Bhawan today. Raktim, a student of Moonlight High School, Tezpur of Sonitpur District secured an aggregate mark of 593 and begged the top rank.

Sonowal congratulated Raktim and felicitated him with a gamocha. Sonowal took note of Raktim’s grit and resolve and hailed his achievement with high degree of admiration. He also wished Raktim all luck for his future studies. Chief Minister handed out a cheque worth Rs. 1,00000 to Raktim and congratulated his parents Bharat Bhuyan and Baby Bhuyan and his teachers for their efforts in enabling Raktim to top the rank holders’ list and made his alma mater proud of his achievement.
