GUWAHATI: The All Assam Law Students' Association (AALSA) has submitted a memorandum to the Vice-Chancellor and Examination Controller of Gauhati University regarding the commencement of 5yrs LLB, 3yrs LLB and LLM semester examination in 'blended mode'.

"As day by day situation is degrading and the number of cases is increasing rapidly it is impossible for the students to appear in the examinations in offline mode. Moreover, at present time many students are in their home town and they cannot come to their respective colleges to appear for their offline semester exam. It's the high time to stay safe and take care of oneself," the AALSA stated.

The students' association stated that they have received overwhelming support from the law students to conduct the examinations in 'blended mode'.

AALSA president Kishore Kalita requested the GU authorities to take a rational decision for the students and think about the future of the students, stated a release.
