Congress president appointed 3 AICC secretaries for Assam

GUWAHATI: The Congress president has appointed three persons as AICC (All India Congress Committee) secretaries attached to the general secretaries of Assam. The three are –Aniruddha Singh, Vikas Upadhyay and Prithviraj Prabhakar Sathe -- AICC general secretary KC Venugopal said in a press release.
