Cop Ramen Sutradhar commits suicide in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A newly-recruited constable of the 1st AP Bn named Ramen Sutradhar, who was undergoing training at the Odalbakra Police Outpost, has committed suicide by hanging himself to death in his room at the Games Village at Basistha here. Police source said that Sutradhar is suspected to have committed suicide on Tuesday night after returning from the outpost in the evening. The deceased was a resident of the Chirang district.
