Cough syrup, Alto car seized

GUWAHATI, June 14: A team of Bureau of Investigation of Economic Offence (BIEO) arrested an offender identified as Ahedur Rahman from Beharbari area on Thursday and seized two cartoons of cough syrup from his possession. Allegedly, the offender was running the illegal trade from his rented house. He hailed from Mukalmua of Nalbari district. The BIEO team also seized an Alto car from his possession.
