Cultural Programme by differently abled children organised at Panjabari in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A cultural programme by differently abled children on the occasion of World Disability Day by Sachitra Puthi Sanskritic Gosthi led by Rajiv Kr. Saud, is being organised by Indian Council for Cultural Relations, an autonomous body under the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India in collaboration with North East Zone Cultural Centre, Ministry of Culture on December 3, at 5.30 p.m. at Shilpgram Auditorium, Panjabari, Guwahati.
