Directorate of Elementary Education gives PwDs 'last chance' to face medical board

GUWAHATI: In view of the current flood-related situation in certain areas of the State, the Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) has provided a "last chance" to provisionally selected Person with Disability (PwD) candidates who failed to attend the medical board verification at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) between May 23 and May 28.

These candidates have been asked to be present at the medical board verification at the GMCH on June 8, failing which their candidature will be "summarily rejected without assigning any reason thereof".
