Dispur police arrested a youth for allegedly outraging modesty of 4 nurses

GUWAHATI: Dispur police arrested a youth, Tapas Das, allegedly for outraging the modesty of four nurses near the Ganesh Mandir at Ganeshguri in the city last night. The nurses were on their way back home duty.
