Drug peddler arrested by East Guwahati Police District

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Jorabat Outpost of the Basistha Police Station arrested one Suman Basumatary (22) of Harisinga from 13 Mile in Jorabat on Monday and recovered 5.7 gm of heroin, 21 vials and Rs 360 in cash were recovered from his possession.
