East Guwahati Police arrested rape accused; booked under POSCO Act

GUWAHATI: East Guwahati Police District arrested a rape accused within 24 hours of the incident. The police arrested absconding rape accused Md Alamin Khan from Sonapur in less than 24 hours of the incident. The police booked the accused under 121/22 u/s 376 IPC R/W Sec 4 of POSCO Act.
