GUWAHATI, July 18: The Basistha police arrested an ex army jawan identified as Mangal Sinha allegedly for molesting a 10-year minor girl on Tuesday. After his retirement, Sinha has been working as security jawan at the Ayakar Bhawan, Guwahati. Accused Sinha hails from Manipur.
