Excise Department destroyed Illicit liquor in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: In a bid to curb the menace of illicit liquor, the Excise Department conducted raids at various places including - Boragaon, Gossaigaon, and Athgaon on Monday. During the raid the officials destroyed around 600 kgs of fermented wash and 450 litres of ID liquor.
