Ferry services between Guwahati and North Guwahati suspended

GUWAHATI: Ferry services between Guwahati and North Guwahati have been suspended due to a rise in the water level. As a result of the rising water levels, several ferry ramps were submerged.

In this regard, the Inland Water Transport Authority issued an order on Thursday.

This sudden notice has created a great deal of chaos among the people who travel for their work, and this sudden news has made them rethink their mode of transportation. But the officials have urged the people not to panic, as this is for their good, and have asked them to cooperate.
