FICN seized; 2 held by Guwahati Police in city

GUWAHATI: An East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from Bhagadattapur OP of Dispur PS arrested two persons –Rasidul Haque and Faruk Ahmed, both from Bihpuria – at Dakhingaon. Fake Indian currency notes (FICN) worth Rs 1.03 lakh in Rs 500 denomination as well as fake gold items were seized from their possession.
