FICN with face value Rs 2 lakh busted in Jorabat

GUWAHATI: Jorabat Police conducted a raid based on input regarding fake Indian currency notes (FICN) at 14th Mile in the Jorabat area. In connection with that, two people identified as Md Abdul Kadir (32) and Samir Uddin (35) both from North Lakhimpur were arrested. According to sources, the police recovered FICN, which had a face value of Rs 2 lakh with Rs 500 denomination, and three mobile phones.
