Film Bornodi Bhotiai to get 4th Sailadhar Baruah Film Awards

GUWAHATI: The film Bornodi Bhotiai has been adjudged the best film for receiving the fourth Sailadhar Baruah Film Awards, 2019. The awards will be given away at a function to be held at District Library here on January 10, 2010. The programme will be inaugurated by singer Tarali Sarma, a national award-winning artiste.

Internationally-acclaimed filmmaker Shaji N Karun and eminent actor-director Dulal Roy will be the chief guest and the guest of honour respectively in the evening. Eminent singer-music director Ramen Barua and popular actress-producer Vidya Rao Nair will be felicitated at the programme. The award for best director is to go to Monjul Baruah, the award for best script writer to Rajani Basumatary, the award for best music director to Quan Bay, best male actor award to Arun Hazarika, best female actor award to Lima Das, etc.
