Food processing programme held in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Coconut Development Board (CDB), in collaboration with the Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Yuva Parishad (NBMYP), held a four-day capacity-building skill development programme on food processing, specifically coconut-based convenient food, on the CDB, Guwahati premises at Housefed Complex, Guwahati recently. Ten women participants from different parts of Guwahati attended the skill development programme. Panchi Rajkhowa, Abdul Malik, Chinmoy Bhuyan from CDB, and Debashis Sinha and Sukanta Sinha from NBMYP attended the certificate distribution function on a concluding day in December 23, a press release said.
