Gamblers nabbed in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Garchuk police arrested five gamblers identified as Ramen Deka (21) of Hajo, Kusho Boro (31) of Garchuk, Chandan Rongpi (34) of Lakhra, Gautam Boro (28) of Haukuchi and Bishmohan Giri (24) of Lakhra from lalung gaon under garchuk police station vide case (No 675/18 u/s 14 of Assam Game and Betting Act) and sent to judicial custody on Wednesday.
