Ganja found; 3 arrested by Assam Police

GUWAHATI: Personnel of the Panikhaiti Police Outpost on Wednesday seized 5 kg ganja and arrested three persons in this regard from Bonda.

The arrested persons are Anjana Sarkar (56) and her son Deepak Sarkar (32) of Bonda and Dilip Daimari (52 years of age Majbat in Udalguri District).

According to Police, Daimari had brought the consignment from Rowta, and was trying to strike a deal with the mother-son duo.
