Ganja smugglers caught by train checking staff of Guwahati

GUWAHATI: On Tuesday at 7-20 am, train checking staff of Guwahati GRPS apprehended two persons. The accused are Rajkumar Rai, 28, son of Kishan Rai of village Sisaisaran, under Sahajitpur police station, District of Chapra, Bihar and Matuk Prasad, son of Jagdish Prasad of village Rewa,, under Mashuiri police station, District of Patna, Bihar. They were caught from Berth No 49 and 51 of Coach No A-1 of Agartala Ananda Bihar Rajdhani Express train No 2051at Platform No 4. 20 kg of suspected Ganja was recovered from their possession. In this connection, a case is being registered under N D P S Act.
