Garchuk Police arrested two drug peddlers in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, Garchuk Police arrested two drug peddlers from Garchuk on Monday. The accused have been identified as Safikul Islam (28) and Abdul Kayum (20) from the Chaygaon area. The police have seized 2.430gms of heroin, Rs. 16,860 and a Maruti Alto car bearing registration no. AS01DK 3029 from their possession.
