GUWAHATI: A Grade-IV employee of the Radiology Department of the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH, Sadananda Das, has been placed under suspension by the hospital authority for 'violation, negligence of duty and misguidance' of public during duty hours.
A three-member inquiry committee has set up in this connection, which has been asked to submit its report within 48 hours.
It may be mentioned that this action comes in the wake of a person named Narayan Kalita posting adverse remarks on social media about his experience at the Radiology Department of the GMCH.
