Gauhati University Declares PG Students' Union Election Results

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati University has declared a list of candidates who have been elected for different offices in the Post Graduate Students' Union Election 2020-21 held on February 25.

While Ullah Uddipta Borah has been elected as the president of the Gauhati University Post Graduate Students' Union election, Anupama Patgiri has been elected as the vice president.

According to the notification issued by the University, Parshwa Patgiri has been elected as the general secretary, Barasha Sarma as assistant general secretary, Barasha Das as literary secretary, Nitu Moni Borah as music secretary, Pritam Tahbildar as cultural secretary, Bijoylakshmi Borah as debate and symposia secretary, Urkhao Raja Basumatary as major games secretary, Ritwik Kashyap as minor games secretary, Simagsa Swargiary as sports secretary, Bidyut Bikash Hazarika as boys' common room secretary, Chandamita Kashyap as girls' common room secretary, Arunabh Goswami as gymnasium secretary, and Bhupali Tamuly as social service secretary.
