GDD Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya inspects Satpukhuri water pump

GUWAHATI: In response to the public demand the GDD (Guwahati Development Department) Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya along with GMC (Guwahati Municipal Corporation) Commissioner and other GMC officials visited and inspected the damaged water pump at Satpukhuri pumping station. Bhattacharya said that engineers of the manufacturer of the pump have reached Guwahati from Pune. He said that as their quarantine period is over and will start the repairing works. He said that soon the pump will be usable and the people of Guwahati will get water on time.
