GRP seizes 85 kg of cannabis at Guwahati Railway Station

GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) has managed to confiscate a total of 85 kilos of cannabis from the 20503 Rajdhani Express at the Guwahati Railway Station on Friday. The banned narcotics were recovered from multiple coaches of the train.

GRP officials mentioned that the consignments were being transported from Dimapur to New Delhi. They also mentioned that although narcotics worth crores have been confiscated on this route, they have been unsuccessful in finding the main person or organisation behind the illegal business.
