Guwahati: Basistha Police arrested a man for sexual harassment
The Basistha Police arrested a middle-aged man in connection with a sexual harassment case. The accused is identified as Anil Baruah. He is a teacher by profession in Tinsukia District. The man was arrested earlier on similar charges.
GUWAHATI: The Basistha Police arrested a middle-aged man in connection with a sexual harassment case. The accused is identified as Anil Baruah. He is a teacher by profession in Tinsukia District. The man was arrested earlier on similar charges.
According to sources, the man attempted to sexually harass a woman. Later, the woman filed a complaint at the Basistha police station. Acting on the complaint, the police arrested the accused. The woman and the man already knew each other.
