Guwahati Municipal Corporation Conducts Inspection Drive at Bamunimaidam Railway Colony

GUWAHATI: Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) conducts an inspection drive, where the Joint Director of Health Service Kamrup (M) and the Joint Director of Health Service, National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme visited the Bamunimaidam railway colony. Inspection and cleanliness activities were conducted. Notices were served to nine health premises due to unhygienic and unsanitary conditions maintained by them and action is to be taken against each of them. The Guwahati Municipal Corporation flying squad was also present during the drive and cleaned the areas in a filthy condition.
