GUWAHATI: Within days of having won the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) elections, Snigdha Daimary of the BJP was seen cleaning the walls of Ward 28, which elected her as councillor. Daimary was seen removing campaign posters that defaced the walls of the ward. She personally scrapped the walls clean. Daimary is among the 58 BJP candidates who won the GMC polls held on April 22 this year.
