GUWAHATI: Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) cleared a clogged drain along Dakhingaon Saukuchi Road and removed wastes causing artificial floods in the area.

Meanwhile, due to incessant rains water accumulated at Seven Mile - Garigaon road in front of Jalukbari Girls Higher Secondary School. GMC officials dug a new drain to ensure free flow of water and avoid water-logging in the area.
