Guwahati temple theft: Six arrested turn out to be drug addicts

GUWAHATI: The police rounded up six youths since last night in connection with the theft in four temples in the Maligaon area in Guwahati. However, the police came to know that the six were drug addicts from whom they seized drugs and syringes. They have been booked (case 1622/18) under section 21(A)/27 of the NDPS Act.
