Guwahati: Unidentified body of a youth recovered in Adabari locality

GUWAHATI: An unidentified body of a youth was recovered from a swamp in the Adabari locality of Guwahati on Saturday. Local people mentioned that they witnessed a body floating in the marshes at the Joimoti Nagar locality in Adabari on Saturday. The local people informed Jalukbari Police regarding the incident. They arrived at the spot, recovered the body from the marshes, and sent it to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for an autopsy. The body was noticed to be that of a youth wearing a pair of blue jeans and a black t-shirt. The authorities have not been able to identify the body yet.
