Hatigaon Police arrest ATM looter in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Hatigaon Police foiled an attempt to lot an ATM in the Survey area in the city last night. The police arrested a person named Irfan with the help of the local people while he was looting an ATM. Irfan hails from Banwal in Haryana. According to the police, Irfan came to Guwahati to loot ATMs with new techniques.
