High Court allows screening of Ravi Sarma starrer ‘Sri Raghupati’

The Gauhati High Court allowed the screening of Ravi Sarma starrer ‘Sri Raghupati’ from 11 a.m. on Monday, overruling a stay order on the same placed by a lower court on Friday.

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court allowed the screening of Ravi Sarma starrer ‘Sri Raghupati’ from 11 a.m. on Monday, overruling a stay order on the same placed by a lower court on Friday. This decision comes with regards to Arbitration Appeal No. 5/2023 and Interlocutory Application No. 1576/2023. The stay order was issued by the Kamrup (M) District & Sessions Judge Court on Friday in response to allegations of contract violations.
