Assam Health and Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday took to his Twitter handle to share the 3D view of the proposed 4 Lane Maligaon Fly-Over. The approximate length of the proposed fly-over is 2.9 Km. The construction of the fly-over is likely to start within October 2020.

With an overall cost of over Rs.300 crores, the said fly-over will be connecting the new road that is currently under construction at the Nilachal hill to the main road of Guwahati. The fly-over is expected to facilitate easy transport of commuters from Guwahati Airport to the Kamakhya Temple.
